At Home Abs!

Hey everyone!
First, I would like to make a shout-out to my sister for purchasing a back brace for me! I wear it while I do homework, or if I am just sitting around and it has helped tremendously! 10/10 recommend to everyone with back issues.
Today’s workout is an at-home ab workout with no equipment. I had a lot of fun making this! Sometimes, it is hard to get up and go to the gym, so having exercises to do in the comfort of your own home is awesome. I suggest you use a mat, so you do not end up hurting your back!
Ab workouts burn many calories! Having a strong core is the center of a healthy, strong body and a great workout. I suggest you try these post-ab workout stretches after, just in case you are sore after any ab workout you might do!
