A Simple Full Body Workout!

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great week. It’s time to get back to the gym. Today I will be covering a simple full body workout! This workout is super fun to me. It should take about 12-15 minutes to complete. I recommend doing this workout 3 times to really burn calories and to increase your strength. This will not need any weights, or equipment, but I do recommend either doing this on a soft surface, or do it on a mat! These workouts are more for beginners and simple exercises to get yourself feeling active. If you have any trouble doing these workouts, feel free to pause and take a break. Make sure to stay hydrated during this and to not rush the exercises. Take your time! Remember you are doing this for your body and no one is watching, so do not feel pressured or embarrassed.
