Time to feel the burn.

Doing butt exercises have always been important and fun for me. The exercises in this video will definitely help increase and tone your butt muscles!
Having a strong butt can help you crush your workouts, feel stronger, and move through your day more easily without getting tired. It is also shown to boost your metabolism. When you have more muscles, you burn more calories, and who doesn’t want that?! Muscle burns more than fat, of course, and it requires more fuel from your body. Strengthening your butt also decreases the cellulite shown.
Yes, I know it can be awkward doing butt workouts sometimes. I also know that you might feel like it takes forever for even the slightest bit of change to show in your butt muscles. Keep pushing and do this exercise every time you work out, or every other time! You may add resistance bands to challenge yourself, but they are not necessary. I believe in you and your butt.
