Don't Run Away from Cardio!

I don't know about you all, but cardio is not my strength. Sometimes, I find it quite boring and repetitive. One way I make cardio more fun is by running with a nice view. Fresh air, and natural scenery really help open my mind and reboot my mind. Add variations to your cardio to work out to make it less boring, and repetitive. Cardio exercises are very important because they are responsible for a good respiratory system and heart condition. It also lowers blood pressure and increase red blood cells. Doing 30 minutes of cardio a day has many health benefits. Some include lowering your cholesterol, burning calories, and overall an improvement of your heart health. Remember, it takes lots of time, patience, and practice in order to get to where you want to be. Some cardio days will be slower, and more dragged out than other days, but that is okay! Beating your personal record (PR), will probably not be the main goal once you start out. Never give up on your cardio dreams and goals; you and your body will thank yourself later!
